Kathleen, my massage therapist, is excellent overall. My biggest issue is that this location does not offer online booking and my online account is inaccessible. Won’t let me sign up, says I already have an account but won’t send me verification code either. Like it’s there, but secret, even to me. Supposedly I earn rewards, but I have no clue how to access any information about them so I don’t know what I have or how I can use them. Probably missing out on other benefits. Wouldn’t know. The email for this survey is the first I’ve received since mid 2022.

Rachel always gives me a great massage. She listens to what I need. She knows what she is doing. She is very friendly.

I do not remember my massage therapist's name, but I thought she was fabulous. If I book again, I would ask to have her.

Called for appt & was able to get in for appt that met my schedule within 48 hrs. Great experience with the facial staff member, she was very informative of some of the products used & available for purchase. I felt great after my facial, what a great way to start off my day!

overall service was great. online booking was terrible as there was never adequeate available times, and had to wait months for an apointment

My esthetician Brooke is amazing. She’s skilled in her facial techniques & extremely knowledge about products and skin care in general. Her facials are sooo relaxing & my skin always looks great afterward.

I love getting facials at Hand and Stone! I feel like my skin glows after my treatments and they are so relaxing. My technician always takes the time to ask if I have any special needs or services.

Dillion always does a great job with the massage. He is knowledgeable and applies the appropriate pressure. The massage is relaxing.
