Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rachel, my massage therapist was fantastic in working out stress points. I recommend her and the spa to everyone who asks.

Rachel is the first person I have had since the original woman (who was amazing)that has hit all the areas and did an AWESOME JOB working on my tough spots. I greatly appreciated how much better I felt afterward. She is deffinitely tuned into her clients needs!

Came in with severe lower/upper back pain and therapist listened to my request to focus on my problem areas during the massage. First time with the therapist and would go back to the same person in the future if available.

I absolutely loved my experience with Katie! She was so sweet and so knowledgable. I've had many facials in the past but none as great as this one. My skin was glowing and truly so much better. I even bought some products after and am so so pleased with Katie's reccomendations. I honestly can't wait to come back!

Hand and Stone is convenient and has a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone of the therapists I've been with have been attentive to my requests and need to reset.

I was able to book appmt. Right away and massage therapist was very comforting even with me crying over the passing of my sister. The only reason I may not continue membership was 2 years before my sister passed I tried to book appointments for me, my sister and her daughter. I tried numerous times but was always told nothing was available for us to all come in around the same time. That hurt I really wanted us 3 to be able to go together and now we never will.

My massage therapist is great. Asks if there's anything specific to focus on in beginning of every session and adheres to it.
