I walked in to reschedule an appt and my masseuse just had a cancellation and took me in right away. She knows my problem areas and is very nice.

The reception staff are always very friendly and efficient. My massage therapist is aware of my specific areas of concern. She does an outstanding job relieving my aches and pains.

I have been going here for a while now and the therapist is awesome. I feel great and relaxed when I'm leaving. I look forward to my appointment all the time.

The staff at this H&S is super friendly and engaging - always a pleasure to deal with them. Super easy to book future appointments and answer any questions. Kayla was fantastic (as always). It is great to find a massage therapist who knows and understands your body and issue areas, and is then able to consistently work towards improving those issues. She is awesome!

Highly satisficed because I have been to another H&S franchise where it was not been as friendly and welcoming. I go each month for a hot stone 80 minute massage and have never been disappointed from the moment I walk in the door to the time I leave. Everyone is so friendly and the place is clean. My only disappoint is that my massage therapist will be moving so I will need to explore other therapist there.

I'm always impressed by the professional way they handle clients, as well as being friendly. I wish their products were a little more affordable. I find them a bit overpriced, to be honest

Michael was amazing at everything he did. This was my first massage ever and I was a bit nervous at what to expect, but his demeanor and our conversation instantly put me at ease and it was such a great experience

My therapist listens to my concerns and focuses her attention on my problem areas. She is always willing to spend additional time if I am having discomfort. She remembers my trigger areas appointment to appointment and reviews them before starting my massage.
