The Hand and Stone staff was very polite and knowledgeable upon my visit. The receptionist was able to answer all my questions with professionalism and was very well informed. My masseuse was also very informative while also being patient with my massage as it was my first experience ever. We were disappointed that my husband was not able to get his massage due his masseuse becoming ill but the Hand and Stone staff handled the situation fairly and admirably.

The receptionist was able to quickly book me an appointment with my busy work schedule. The therapist was on time. He took the extra time to work on an area where I was hurting. You can tell he really cares about helping his clients.
