Very friendly, pressure was perfect in the areas I needed attention on. Instructions were very helpful, wait time was very little. Massage therapist made sure I didn't have any questions and made sure I was comfortable.

My therapist, Carol, does an excellent job. She is always asking questions regarding sore areas. Spends follow up time discussing massaged areas tightness and/or improvements.

Reception staff was friendly. Massage therapist was knowledgeable and adjusted her massage routine to address my specific issues. My massage began on time and lasted the scheduled time.

Debbie always does a fantastic job at relieving my pain while relaxing me at the same time. I do wish the ambience at this location was a little more inviting. Other H&Ss I have been to have had essential oil diffusers in the reception area and massage rooms which made the experience a little nicer.

The customer service is consistent! They always greet me with a smile! Jen is amazing at her job! She is very professional and does an excellent job paying attention to her customers needs and assuring they are well taken care of. I look forward to my monthly visits!
