My only complaint is with the cost of the services. I had to sign up for membership just to keep the cost in line with your competitors. I understand the revenue implication for you of the membership, but it would be great to have tiers - ie 6 visits a year instead of 12.

From making appointments to skilled massage experience was great. Ask about becomings member no presure only information. I signed up.
