Every one is very friendly and professional. Making appts and managing appts are very easy. Very comfortable and relaxing location. This is actually my fave hand and stone out of the 3 different locations I’ve been too

Jordy is an amazing therapist, she’s attentive to my needs. She always asks me about what I’m needing today, how I’m feeling, etc

The location is much more convenient. Ease of forward booking is great.

My daughter came in for a teen facial. The store was so calming and clean! The receptionist Trista was very sweet and knowledgeable and explained everything to my daughter making sure she felt comfortable and understood everything. My daughters esthetician Kylie was very gentle with her also explaining and answering all her questions. They were both amazing! My daughter enjoyed her facial and her skin is glowing. We will be back very soon, thank you!

My face is extremely dry and rough. Cindy cleanse my face and gave great suggestions. After her trx of I was pleased. I don’t remember my face feeling this smooth. My confidence is on 1000%. Thanks

My only complaint is with the cost of the services. I had to sign up for membership just to keep the cost in line with your competitors. I understand the revenue implication for you of the membership, but it would be great to have tiers - ie 6 visits a year instead of 12.

From making appointments to skilled massage experience was great. Ask about becomings member no presure only information. I signed up.

Products used were awesome. I was relaxed and enjoyed my facial. My face feels amazing.
