Excellent customer service during all aspects of the appointment; Jenny was very friendly and provided a calming, soothing, relaxing experience --- I would highly recommend Jenny!! I do think the prices are a little high and would purchase more services if the prices were a little more reasonable.

Knowledge of the therapist was extremely helpful. I appreciated the advice and recommendations she provided at the end. It was nice to just enjoy the experience and ambiance and not have to carry on a conversation.

Everything went smoothly and I was able to relax and relive some of my stress. The ambience was very calming.

The therapist listened to my issues. She did her best to help w/my lower back problems. She also wanted to make sure the pressure wasn't too much for me to handle.

Customer service was great and my therapist was awesome!

The receptionists are always kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the services available. My massage therapist knows where my body holds stress and listens when I explain where I'm feeling tight. Victoria also checks with me to make sure the pressure points are correct and to explain any questions I have about any of the services. I tend to leave very relaxed.

I appreciate the fact that I can go somewhere peaceful even for an hour and feel welcome. The receptionist staff and my massage therapist make it a great the experience.
