I had my first facial experience and was pleasantly pleased. I didn't have to wait, I was treated like royalty, everything was explained and I was definitely relaxed.

The massage therapist was knowledgeable and very friendly. She made sure I was comfortable, while 35 weeks pregnant, during my service. I could’ve stayed much longer!

As a first-time guest using a gift card, I was very satisfied with the massage service. I was pleased that the value of the gift card had not expired during the pandemic related delay in booking my appointment. Massage therapist was top-notch! Two points: I booked on the phone but never received the pre-registration email I was promised, and when I arrived at the store no appointment was on the books for me. Fortunately, they were able to fit me in for a massage. After the appointment, the effort to signup me up for additional services as a member was reminiscent of a time-share pressure presentation: buy now or your next appointment will double in cost... Overall satisfied.

Good therapist - focused on problem areas and identified some I did not know about. One suggestion - it would be beneficial for all therapist to discuss their findings or recommendations after the massage-

Very knowledgeable and willing to give suggestions for my skin. Named different products that would be help with my skin. Asked before applying products and made sure I was comfortable with the products.

Victoria was very attentive to my sore shoulders and neck. The room was relaxing. I felt less sore and more relaxed when finished.
