Paid for additional services but didnt realize they weren't actually additional. They were in lieu of the massage already paid/booked.

Soloman was an excellent massage therapist, and the receptionist was so warm and friendly. Both of them seemed like they truly enjoyed their jobs, and that shone through in their customer service.

I had a lovely visit. My esthetician was amazing. I forgot her name, she was so sweet and informative!

Bree is an amazing massage therapist. She also suggests stretches and exercises I can do in-between our visits so I don't tense as fast. Just love her!

The front desk girl was kind and I enjoyed my conversation with her! (I can’t remember her name) Breeann the massage therapist was amazing! I had muscle spasms in my shoulder for three days prior she fixed the problem!

Atmosphere very relaxing. Jenny very receptive to what I wanted and checking to make sure it was what I wanted. Easy to book and find a time thag worked for me.

Intake was smooth. Bree was great and made me feel comfortable. She was able to address my problem areas.

The massage therapist was really good - Bree. She was calming and helped me relax. I felt safe and protected / healthy because she was wearing a mask. I appreciate that the intake survey asked if I wanted her to wear a mask. And I also appreciate being told about the safety button in the room - I’ve never been told about that in a massage before.

From reception to check-out, I always felt welcomed and important. Staff are very attentive and considerate. Lauren, my therapist at my most recent visit, did such a fantastic job working with the hot stones and addressing my problem areas! I will continue to recommend Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa!
