Friendly staff, attention to the areas indicated. Was asked a few times if the massage was ok which stayed in line with my request of medium.

The reception staff impressed me with their professionalism and affability, and the waiting area appeared excellently maintained. The massage therapist was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and was able to both address problem issues I wasn't previously aware of as well as recommend stretches and exercises I could do to help alleviate issues between sessions.
