Geneva, my massage therapist is very knowledgeable about the human body. She listens then works on the problem areas. She has great technique and hands.

Chandel was listened to my needs and focused on my shoulders, neck, head and upper body. She relieves my pain in my head neck and shoulders. Definitely coming back!

Location of facility. Courtesy and friendliness of staff. Service provider was very good, explained the process, expressed concern for my comfort and was kind. She did a great job. Everyone at the front desk was kind and helpful.

Receptionist recognized & welcomed me when I walked in, and my esthetician is always amazing.

My experience was great. Rose was wonderful as well as the receptionist who was very knowledgeable and explained your monthly membership and service pricing. I very much enjoyed Rose's neck and shoulder massage as well as her techniques on my face.

Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. My masseuse was very receptive to when I needed a pressure change or had a target area in mind.

Zac always addresses the specific areas I request that need attention, he is very knowledgeable about massage therapy.

Eva at the front desk is always welcoming, I appreciate her tending to all of my needs whenever i’m at Progress Ridge. Was surprised she let me know that cash wasn’t being accepted? I unfortunately did end up having to use my card. Hopefully that can get resolved soon. Jordan my esthetician is perfect at giving full face waxes! I recommended her to all of my girlfriends anytime they want to get pampered!

I have been driving 45 minutes across town to see Jorge Kuri for a massage every 3-4 weeks for a few years now. Jorge has given me a great deal of relief for my sacroiliac and shoulder issues when doctors, medication and physical therapy helped very little. My doctor said I was lucky to have such a knowledgeable and effective massage therapist. I am pain-free when I leave, and I stay pain free for weeks.
