The efficiency and professionalism of everyone

I have been a consistent reliable member for many years yet when I had to cancel an appointment at short notice I was charged $40. While I understand the reason the charge is accrued, in my case I had never canceled an appointment the same day and feel that my loyalty and historically kept appointments should have taken into consideration instead of applying the charge without consideration. All other aspects are fine, the entire experience with Robin is always very pleasant and I look forward to our time together. Thank You.
