This was my first experience at Hand and Stone as well as my first time receiving a facial. As someone with very sensitive skin, the esthetician made sure to use products that would help to calm my skin, and all the products that were used felt great on my face. My experience was very calming and enjoyable.

The service is predictable but its really the individual therapists that make it special. Some therapists are more attuned to your needs than others. So it's hit ro miss with the therapist. But once you find a good one...its a great thing!

Overall professionalism

Alicia respected my request for a no talk, low key session. She anticipate possible options for an upgrade before we started and waited, as requested, to give me feedback. I had a wicked bad week and this was hugely beneficial!
