Hand and Stone

I have a Hand and Stone Spa closer to my home but I like going to the Rockville Centre location because the staff are friendly and professional. If I am running late everyone tries to accommodate me. The Spa is always clean and practices good social distance.

The warm welcome and ambiance made my experience very relaxing. My massage therapist was very pleasant and professional. He ensured my needs were met and gave me feedback as he went along. Great experience!

The massage was great, though I asked the person to concentrate on a specific area and they chose not to. The place was very clean, but I worry that they say people are allowed to lower their masks while face down...that's kinda gross.
