Staff was friendly and prompt. Casey made sure I was happy with the pressure applied at multiple times during the massage and asked about my pain history to better assist me.

The team working is always nice and helpful. The massage therapist, Shiloh is really great as well. Definitely recommend them to others as well as this location. Thanks!

The reception staff is always friendly and welcomes me. Myles is an amazing and knowledgeable massage therapist who I have seen for a number of years now.

Miles is able to really hone in on my aching spots and is able to provide relief. He is just great overall in providing a great massage experience.

At my location, my massage therapist was one of two therapists that were promoted to Senior therapist several months ago. Because of this promotion I am now charged $10 extra just for having her give my massage. I do not agree with this at all. That's great that she was promoted, but Hand and Stone should pay for her raise and not us. I book a massage with her because I like her and the job she does. I'm not alone as I have to book my next appointment months in advance. She is the reason why I and others keep coming back to Hand and Stone. Pay her more as a senior employee, but I should not have to pay more just because she was promoted. It's like getting your hair cut or car repaired - you go to a place that has employees that know what they're doing, and that's why you keep taking your car to them or getting your hair cut by the same person. But you don't pay extra because of who works on your car or who cuts your hair. There is a set rate no matter who does the work. In a way this says the rest of your employees aren't as good and don't give as good of service. I thought all Hand and Stone employees provided a high level of service, but your pricing says different.

So satisfied I bought a membership!
