The overall experience was fantastic - from the new booking procedures, explaining of the process, and the massage itself. Tianna (spelling? sorry!) was a wonderful therapist and I truly appreciated her personal touches and great customer service.

The reception staff are all very friendly and I missed the whole quarantined. Therapist are knowledgeable and professional. Easy to book appointments but online schedule access would help.

The receptionists at my location are very friendly and helpful. The reception area and massage rooms are always clean and inviting. My massage therapist is great at deep tissue massage and working on my problem areas. Plus, she's very funny and made me laugh on a day I was pretty much freaking out over coronavirus. (I do wonder if I should still be getting massages, however, because of the virus.)

Loved the customer service provided, products and the result of my facial. She really targeted the problems I was having.

Alex is a wonderful massage therapist. My neck was a mess, and she had to push hard to loosen it, but she did, and gave me exercises to do to keep it looser.
