My massage therapist is fully knowledgeable and caring in her techniques. She listens carefully to my needs. I always feel super relaxed at the end of the therapy.

I look forward to my massage every month. The atmosphere of the spa is relaxing and serene. I also love how easily I can book online without having to call during the work day.

Alison is very knowledgeable and the ladies at the front desk always greet me with a smile and are very nice to talk to

The process for booking is a hot mess. When I was onboarded as a member I should have been told to set up an an online account and how to do it. After fiddling with your system, I learned the only way is to go to https://handandstone.com/locations/lakewood/booking Contrary to footers from communications, which was something like handandstonelakewoodco.com wasn't even a site. I have looked through Apple's App Store and found no mobile app, nor is it in my onboarding literature.. It's a nightmare to book online until you know you have to manually set up an account. This should be done automatically or during intake.

I was treated courteously and kindly, which helped me feel most comfortable. Everyone was genuinely friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. :)
