the girl did my facial(Ballie Jean) was really knowledgeable. I already booked my next appt with her. the room it's very clean and warm.She Recommendation for the products are great. I'm really happy with the results.

Overall great massage. My only minor issue is - and I know an hour massage is not going to be an entire hour, I've had many massages - my service began at 8:05PM. After I finished I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my wife and it was 8:50. To me that's just not long enough to call it a 1 hour massage. Had the massage lasted 5-10 minutes more, no problem, that's pretty normal to start a few minutes after the appointment begins and end a few minutes before the hour is up. But in my case - and maybe she thought I was a 45 minute massage? - she stopped at close to 8:45. Again actual massage and everything else - stellar - just thought it ended 5-10 minutes early based on passed massages I've gotten elsewhere. I would expect to be walking back into the lobby around 8:55, not sitting there a minute or two and glancing at my watch to then realize it's 8:50 and I basically ended at least 10 minutes early.

Laura was the first massage therapist I have seen and Hand and Stone and she is absolutely amazing! I have stuck with her and I am impressed with her knowledge, friendliness, and I like that she remembers what we worked on last time and what I am dealing with physically. The front desk staff is always super friendly and informative. Ive been very happy with my experience at Hand and Stone and will continue my membership.
