Hand and Stone

Seamless process, quick and easy check in, short wait, very quality massage, stretching tips, and felt very relaxed after. Only negative experience ive had is when i kinda got bounced around to different massage therapists, think it originally occurred due to a booking mistake.

I always feel welcomed, recognized, and satisfied at this Hand and Stone. When I had to change therapists, one was recommended to me that fit my needs for continued good care. I like the upgrades if I choose and use my accumulated points for extras. I love this place and will continue to enjoy the health benefits from visiting there.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. Product knowledge was good too and my major problems on my face were fixed! Had a great experience!

I learned a lot about my skin during this visit. The esthetician was super knowledgeable not only about my skin but also products she would recommend for it based on my lifestyle. my first facial experience was great!

I love coming to this location. It's 5 minutes from my house, it's affordable, and I have been happy with all three of the women I've worked with.

Alex is amazing. She provides attentive service, just the right amount of intro chit chat, and really gets my muscles relaxed!

My last visit overall was wonderful. I didn't say anything while there, but two people were having a very loud conversation near my room, which made it hard to relax. My therapist eventually tuned on a fan in the room that helped drown out the chatter. Other than that it was amazing. Maybe you should implement a quiet zone near the massage rooms to help alleviate that in the future. Or require that fans run in the room or maybe some sort of water feature in the rooms to help drown out noise from outside.

Alison is wonderful, she listens and recommends treatments for my needs within my comfort level.
