Alex really focused on my problem areas and the amount of pressure and overall massage exceeded my expectations. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and well taken care of. I appreciated all of the suggestions that were also given to me that I can try on my own in between appointments. I will definitely be coming back!!

I like the membership system of hand & stone. It makes it easy to book appointments at a good value on a regular basis. I wish there were therapist bios on the website for each location so you could compare styles before booking.

Rachael was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of working on my tightest muscles, and helping them to relax. She also gave me tips and things to work on in between visits to help me.

I’ve been seeing Alison for a year and she has great recommendations for my skin. She understands my goals. She strives to help me achieve them.

My therapist Alex always remembers me and checks her notes to address on-going problem areas. She always checks during the massage to see if she needs to adjust anything. Also she uses hot towels for my neck and other sore areas.

After my facial my skin felt so soft. Rosa gave me some good points about skin care. She is very nice and always makes sure I am comfortable with each step.

Kate did a great job giving me the type of massage I was looking for, this was the best massage I have had with the company.
