The receptionist that checked me in was great. Very friendly and attentive. She has excellent customer service. My massage therapist was decent. She didn’t spend enough time on my lower body or arms but she was ok. My esthetician was fantastic and I will be booking with her again.

The overall experience was great from start to finish. Marie was very knowledgeable and explained every aspect of the service. She made me feel comfortable.

Crystal is an asset to Hand and Stone. She is knowledgeable and easy to talk to with my concerns. Also, I really felt welcomed by reception.

Vinskee made such a fantastic impression. He was so professional, hospitable and kind. His technique relaxed me so well, I may have fallen asleep. The results of this massage makes me want to come back. His availability at the location was very limited. But I will work with that. I was absolutely blown away by everything.Vinskee made it exceptional. I hope he gets good praise, he is very valuable. I will be back and I am so excited to book a longer massage. Vinskee advised that I can book longer and I most definitely will.
