The heat packs for my neck or upper back upon entry was an excellent touch. The music was very relaxing. The water served was also great, though i prefer bottled for sanitary reasons.

Punctual appointments, knowledgable esthetician. Friendly service. Wonderfully relaxing atmosphere and I love the scent of the products. Esthetician Vanessa was very gentle.

My experience at Hand and Stone is always great. I've used other massage therapists in the past but Marlene is the best!

Sebastian is very professional, the massage is very good, right pressure. Also provide the options to improve the massages as the use of the packages or current promitions to use.

Friendly staff at the reception. My esthetician was really nice and new about the product and what I needed. The waitin area is really cozy
