My masseuse does an excellent job as always. Now a few months ago, I had another masseuse who was sick and canceled (which is fine). The issue was it was canceled the morning of and I wanted a massage credited back to me. Just like you all take a massage credit when an appointment is canceled the day of, I want a massage credited back to me. Treat yourselves the way you treat your customers.

The massage therapist Jordanne is amazing. I keep going back to her because of her amazing massage. I love her professionalism.

Highly satisfied with the products, ambience and friendliness. I'm not sure how the reward points work. Will need to ask next time I go in. No one has ever said I could use them as of yet. Other than that little miscommunication, I love having facials at the facility.

I love how I am treated from the moment I walk in to the moment I walk out. I value the cleanliness of the spa. I do wish you had stayed at $60 instead of $70 because once you add an upgrade and tip, it is actually out of my price range and doesn't need to be. Your increase to $70 is not fair considering to do anything, you need to "add on"

The staff has always been excellent, and the massage and facials have always been very good and comfortable. I appreciate the service.
