The receptionists are friendly . My main reason for my rating is Alyssa. She is knowledgeable and explains how to take care of your skin between facials. I would recommend her !!

Very Nice Very thorough Very Good

The front desk personnel were extraordinary, and the young woman who applied her gorgeous, long lashes was incredibly kind. Alyssa, in particular, was absolutely remarkable - in fact, I can hardly express how impressed I was with her! Our interaction was so wonderful that I consider her my new best friend, jokingly of course. As a first-time visitor, I had a fantastic experience and can definitely envision returning in the future. Alyssa's recommendations were spot-on, and the team as a whole was outstanding. I commend these lovely ladies for their exceptional work and urge them to continue taking great care of their skin. May they be blessed with many more successes.

Always feel welcome and comfortable

Was very satisfied because Hand and Stone made me feel comfortable. The technicians were knowledgeable. The ambience was amazingly relaxing and smelled good, too.

Crystal was excellent. The place is clean and the staff friendly.

Like the welcoming and checkin of staff. like the firm pressure and body knowledge of my massage therapist. Always leave relaxed and kink free when done.
