The entire staff is always so friendly and helpful. Jess is one of the best reception members i've ever encountered. Zoey is a master esthetician, I feel like I go to a different dimension when she works. Always satisfied and feel like I leave with the best care.

The waiting area was mostly calm and peaceful, with tranquil music. The front desk staff were chatting about their lives but not so loudly that it was too disturbing. The appointment was very relaxing and she did a great job.

Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. They always adjust the facial to my skins needs and recommend steps to take to improve my skin. Always ask how the treatment was and how I feel

Had an appointment with Steve! First time with him and I have to say it was the best massage I have had in a very long time! He did excellent back work and I do have back issues and he knew what he was doing. He checked in with me to see how the pressure was etc. I didn’t tell him I was a massage therapist until he was finished. I will definitely be going back to see Steve! Next time 1 1/2 hours!!! Thank you Steve, my back feels great!!

Everyone was friendly the receptionist was informative and it’s a very warm and nice place and the reception area. My aesthetician was perfect. She is a professional.

I ended up booking a facial because there are no massage appointments available any time I try to book. I do love facials and Cat is fantastic, but I didn’t get a membership for facials. I got a membership for massages and they’re never available! BUT I do love Cat and I do love the Diamond Glow facials! It’s pricey though and if I didn’t have so many credits available I would never pay that much for that service. But since I have so many credits because I can never get a massage, I’ll use them this way.
