Very professional, skilled, excellent massage.

The location is near my home and cost is in my price range (my husband purchased the 12 month package, so it is the best deal). Frank is an excellent massage therapist, and both Katrina and Emma have been terrific and knowledgable in reception and over the phone.

I have been in need of some remedial massage, and Frank was awesome. He listened to my symptoms, double checked throughout the massage before proceeding in various areas. He was very thorough in telling me what he was going to do. I felt very much at ease. He has a natural gift. His massage was what made me take up membership. He provided advice and other techniques to try to alleviate muscle tightness and relaxation.

Both Tara and Redita were knowledgeable, well-experienced and highly professional in their treatments. Also, very friendly and worked with some issues I had, both with my facial and massage. Would highly recommend both of them!

My experience was amazing. I am loving this place so much. Usually membership places like this tend to be like fast food but the facials I have gotten here have been top of the line and I am very happy! My last esthetician, Maruca was superb in every way. Having a monthly facial at this price is unheard of and I could not be happier I found this place.

Only issue I have is the number of days/times that are convenient for me as a working individual. Whenever I can get appointments, they are great and useful.

My normal therapist is not longer with this store location so I had a new therapist. She applied a little too much pressure so I was very sore for the next 2 days. But I liked her and she worked on the areas I needed. The next time, I will just tell her to apply a little less pressure.

I love my esthetician she’s amazing but I don’t understand why she leaves for 10 mins or more during my appointment, what happened to doing an hour facial most of the time it’s 45 minutes. Sometimes when she leaves it gets very uncomfortable

I think in order to achieve highly satisfied the experience needs to be more than expected or extraordinary. I enjoy coming to the spa, but it isn’t exceptional, it is nice and ordinary but not exceptional-except for my esthetician. She is exceptional.

I can’t stand getting shamed into tipping on the non- member price. Isn’t that part of point of being a years long member ? I tip on what I paid?
