Time of massage. For 60 mins massage it seemed 10 mins is gone prior to start and another 10 mins early end of the massage?? Communication with customer is good key to success!

I had a reservation confirmed for 3pm and was asked by the front desk around 1:30pm to come in at 2:30pm so I left work earlier to accommodate the change. As I’m walking in at 2:30pm I was notified by the front desk that my original therapist was sick and they need to start my appointment at 3pm so I waited for 30+ minutes in the waiting area. While the therapist was wonderful and did a great job, it appears there was some unorganization with the front desk/management.

The whole experience felt like a sales pitch. I like to relax when I have a facial and not have keep up a conversation.

Appointment cancelled 2 times on the day off. But I was given a free massage. It also took LONG time to get in/ appointment booked far out

It was my first visit to this Spa - how can I be highly satisfied if they don't know me yet? But also, I don't like the feeling of being upsold. You want to sell me an extra service, extra (expensive) products, a membership. Why not be happy with having a new customer who is willing to come back if the service is right? That said: I was very happy with my esthetician. I just don't like the feeling of having to watch out that I'm not being sold something I don't want (and that applies more to the receptionists than the esthetician).

Overall my experience was good, I felt I was well taken care of. My back irritation worsened and had additional breakouts as a result.

Right before my massage, I was asked by someone at the front desk if they wanted the massage therapist to work on my hips and glutes. I said yes, but the therapist did not massage my hips or glutes.

The overall experience met my expectations. When the esthetician told me her recommendations, she didn't explain that they would cost more or take more time to complete.
