I upgraded to include a detox mask as recommended by Cat, and I thought she would massage my head, shoulders, or hands during the 10 min wait time while the mask was soaking in but instead I laid there listening to her clean things in the sink. May full body massage with Rich was incredible though.

Every time I come in for a facial I book the regular facial and we discuss what my skin needs and it’s “okay we will do this” and then I’m told afterwards “oh you knew this was an upgraded facial right?”. I don’t even know what the standard facial includes because I always think that’s what I’m getting but apparently I was give an upgraded facial but not told until after.

the service was great, a bit disappointed that the 3 times i called to schedule a massage i was told i would have to wait 3 weeks.

Overall I like the services but often feel like i'm being "up-sold" all the time. Would just like to get what I paid for without all the sales pitches for gift card sales, specials, etc.

my preferred therapist canceled due to family emergency. Haven't found anyone as good as her.

The receptionist was rude and not welcoming. The estetician was good but I didn't notice any difference in my face.

I paid for a 1hr facial. Then I asked for my eyebrows and lip to be waxed. She did the waxing within the 1 hour facial time and did not add extra time for the waxing. Therefore I feel like I did not get a 1 hour facial because some of that time (15 min) was used for waxing.

My esthetician was not paying me much attention and spent a good ten minutes on her phone as she waited for a face mask to 'work'. She barely put any pressure on my face and decolletage massage and the appointment ran a bit longer than expected. Overall underwhelming and disappointing experience compared to my previous experiences with my normal esthetician, I don't plan on seeing Kat again.

I was very satisfied with my visit. I’ve never had any problems with the location or anyone that I have interacted with. Someone is always there to give me information or answers to my questions. I’ve been coming here for the past year.
