I felt my facial was very badic and rushed

Marcus was wonderful. Kind and direct in his approach. My appointment was at 6 and I didn’t get taken back closer to 6:15. Marcus did a full massage and didn’t cut my time so perhaps something was off on the back end.

First time attending this location. Would need a few more appointments to give thorough assessment

It should be highly. I started thinking it was the massage appointment. I couldn't go back.

New therapist - excellent. Scheduling issues changed my appointment 5 times. I have now ended my monthly subscription and working to use my 4 credits.

There was too much emphasis on the sell of a membership.

the therapist talked most of the time and the experience was not relaxing. I also just got weird vibes
