Great staff...but it is very difficult to get appointment time to meet my schedule. I'm always having to compromise because of lack of appointments. Website sucks...i want to reserve appt myself.

The massage was supposed to be an hour but was stopped at around 53 minutes. Not a big deal but would have liked to have had the full 60 minutes.

My therapist was unvaccinated. I believe I should be able to choose a therapist based upon their vaccination status, just as I would choose one based upon their gender. I did not feel comfortable having a massage with someone who was unvaccinated. I was asked about my own vaccination status and there should be full disclosure about the status of those providing the services.

The lack of available appointments keeps me from visiting more often. I would also book longer appointments if there was availability.

James my massage therapist was fantastic. My appointment time was changed without any communication to me and nothing was done rectify the situation. I was told I would receive a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience but never did.

This is my first time and I did not hear all options and services that were available to me.

this location was great however the first location I contacted was not very friendly or helpful.

Service was good but this is the second time my appt has been delayed by more than 15 mins. There is also very limited availability on massages unless you book 2-3 weeks out.

I asked massage therapist for hard pressure to break up facia and asked receptionist for therapist that could do deep muscle. I was charged $10 extra for wanting massage pressure enough to relieve muscles. Every other place it is included in standard massage cost

Always a new receptionist. I wonder why. They seem friendly but can be cold. Maybe it was me....
