No cups available for water after my massage. CVS is just a few shops down. My massage therapist is booked until November and it is only September 8

Asked for a scalp massage when booking the appointment online. Did not receive the service.

Reception staff could have been more professional and friendly during check in.

I was highly satisfied.

Receptionists were not initially very friendly; it felt like I did something wrong (not filling out intake form), even though I did not receive an email to do so. I arrived 15 minutes early and it wasn't until a few minutes after my appointment was supposed to start did someone quite rudely informed me that I didn't fill out the form. I was also given someone else's form by mistake initially. Once I shifted my tone, the receptionists shifted theirs as well.

I was satisfied but my preferred massage therapist had to cancel last minute due to a hand injury. I really appreciated that the front desk team could reschedule me for the same day; but not the same time.

For the second or third time now at this location (after maybe 5 total visits) I've had to reschedule my appointment because of a scheduling issue. I also wish it was slightly darker in the massage room and that we could leave masks off if fully vaccinated as it can be somewhat difficult to breath with the mask on and face in the face holder.

The esthetician was sometimes rough with my head while turning it, but later asked me if how I was; so I'm willing to try again. I enjoyed the portions of the facial where my head did not have to be moved as a result. Some parts of the building/rooms are in need of touch-up or are dated. The front staff was nice, but I could see their cleaning supplies (i.e., Bissel and vacuum in plain view while at the front desk.

I hated the constant up selling. It felt like high pressure to sell trumped ethics regarding my skin. The receptions were discussing how many memberships were sold. Pressure to up sale instead of creating a relaxing trusties oasis of peace. It felt insincere. The massage therapist spouting his beliefs, insisted he knew my thoughts and my life based on tightness in my legs or back. His constant talking was getting on my nerves. I wanted to mediate not be scolded or pressured into weekly or monthly massages. They should have focused on making this appointment great instead of focusing on how to get my next appointment. Do a great job and I come back, high pressure me and lose my business. Less talking from everyone!!
