when returning to restart my membership in April, receptionist was eating fast food. As a healthy person attending a health facility- it was almost shocking to see.

My experience was very lovely, I just wished that the lobby ambience was a little more spa like. When I go to a spa, I want to feel like I am on an oasis. Some light music or essential oil diffuser would have just made all the difference!

In order to achieve "highly satisfied" I would like the massage to last the full 50 minutes, rather than 40 minutes for massage and 10 minutes for dressing and undressing. The massage isn't long enough for the amount of money, and I would prefer to receive a full hour instead of 40 minutes.

There was no music playing in the massage room, and I could hear the activities of the reception area and office equipment through the walls. Attention to the sonic environment is important to me and essential to fully relax and get the most out of the appointment.

The massage therapist is not the strongest in proper techniques and seemed amateurish. There was no communication to the facial therapist that I was still with the massage therapist. I then felt rushed and up sold by the facial therapist. I was scheduled at 1pm and it was changed to 5pm. I came exactly at 5pm. I arrived expecting to feel relaxed and I left feeling discouraged.

Only disappointment is not using herbal oils as I cant appreciate them with the "annoying"masks. So I sadly no longer request this upgrade.

There was issues with my store credit that the receptionist took a while to solve & asked me for my credit card Number when I already have multiple packages bought.
