Work on areas of need more, cost is slightly higher, explain more of the body and what type of product with what type of massage. Would like to know how to maintain or what steps to take as follow up

It is very nice place. The massage therapist was very easy going and helpful. Most places in the states don't full massages for women they only parts. It all depends on the rules of the place.

I appreciate that you have started offering facials, and Mariam is always wonderful. I do however urge you to rethink the current mask being used. It was very difficult to reach needed areas under it. Smaller? Different shape? This will make a big difference.

I either misunderstood or didn't read the directions clearly enough, so I texted rather than calling to let reception know that I was there. When they didn't respond I called, but the delay caused me to be late and to wait outside too long. All of our other interactions were via text so it never occurred to me to call when I arrived. Would have been better waiting in the empty reception area.

Not a huge deal but the 2 women at the front desk weren't the nicest/welcoming (even when I was checking out). I asked one to remind me what my membership entailed and it felt like I was bothering her... Also, when I booked online, I was able to select Miriam as my masseuse via the website, but was told she's an esthetician. Just something you may want to look into!

The issue is strictly my back injury. The massage therapist was great, but bottom line is that no one with a back injury should be getting a massage. The table is not configured to give the appropriate lumbar support in the face down position. I came in able to walk with little pain and walked out with incredible pain & difficulty getting up and walking. I don’t blame the massage therapist bc I know it was simply the face down position one has to be in; but the next time someone calls about back pain, tell them not to come until completely heeled. And in the mean time, invest in the proper hip and stomach supports (look into what chiropractic offices use).

I know we are in a tough time right now and everyone is trying to adjust with this COVID but it was hard for me to get comfortable with my face placed in the headrest and then also wearing a mask. The mask was just too much for me to relax. No fault of H/S but just my opinion.

I was highly satisfied

During the second phase of my massage someone entered an adjacent room, either behind or next to the room I was in, and was banging and clanging things around as they presumably removed what they needed to clean and or fix/repair something in the suite. I wouldn't have mentioned this but it truly was very loud and they kept hitting the wall. With the precautions from the virus I assume it might be to clean but they need to be aware of the noise they make while clients are in the massage rooms. Even my therapist was startled and alarmed at the noise. Neither of us could concentrate. At one point the person opened the door during the service! Just a quick meeting with the staff should resolve this issue for other clients so they don't experience the same thing. A quiet space is integral to a relaxing experience due to the service being sold. I will return because I love the staff there and the service but this needs to be addressed quickly.

Experience was good but I was there at 3:50 for my 4pm appointment, I didn’t get called back until maybe 4:07. Got started a few minutes late but it ended right around 5:00. I would’ve thought I would get those extra minutes since if I was late that would eat into the hour, but it doesn’t seem to count the other way around.
