Massage therapist was not that great

Treatments didnt target my area of problems

I have been to better places.

Well, I left a message to schedule an appointment and no one returned by call by end of day, so I had to call back to make the appointment.

My therapist was very kind but I repeatedly asked for deep tissue (which I upgraded to) and the pressure was not strong. He didn’t ask for feedback about the pressure but I said my tolerance was high and to please deal with any knots that he found.

The price is higher than I’ve paid elsewhere for a membership, with on par or less of an experience. The massage itself was good but I come for pain relief and not enough pressure was given to the areas that needed it. The therapist did a good job of incorporating areas that I specifically requested for massaging.

My facial was excellent. I also had a massage, which was not relaxing nor provided pain relief. If I use hand and stone again at this location, I will only be going for the facial services.

The actual massage was excellent. I was very surprised at checkout when I was charged full-price when I expected to be using one of my unused monthly massages. I had to end my subscription b/c I started working too much and didn't have time to come in each month. I didn't know the sessions expired, and was not told when I spoke to the person who called to book my appointment

This is very nitpicky, but I’d love if H&S offered heated beds in the massage rooms!
