Add on's to facial not clear since this is not a high priority for me. Hot stone massage is best way for me to get the kinks out on occasion. Enjoy the chance to relax the body, but not a high priority for me

When I signed up for a membership, they gave me a free foot treatment for my next visit. The receptionist was great, but wasn’t sure why the foot treatment was free. She asked the manager if she could help, and he manager was very rude to her and said no. She was super grumpy and mean to the receptionist, right in front of me. Then the receptionist wasn’t sure whether she could offer the free foot treatment. And I said, maybe its because I signed up for the membership last time; the receptionist said yeah, that’s probably why- and honored the free treatment. Had they not I’d have cancelled my subscription immediately.

This was a new therapist for me. I was very used to Krissy and her techniques, which seemed more effective to me. But perhaps it was because I usually had a 90 minute massage.

Service was delayed 20 minutes. However, the therapist more than made up for the inconvenience by ensuring my service went the full time.

I love the ambiance/therapists/results.Staff are friendly in person. I would like more follow-up during times of billing problems and that questions could always be answered with everyone giving the same information. The billing issues,lack of parking, and being able to get an appointment are the primary areas of difficulty.I'd been told during sign up that calling the day of to get in was no problem, but it can take weeks or even a month to get in.I also am not interested in the points program or products. I signed up at 55$ monthly,so my credit card should never be charged any other price.It should not have to take extra time to get billing reimbursements on-going. Additionally, the second location is too far away and not convenient.I have enjoyed my time with H&S and want to say "thank you",but for the above reasons I will be ending the program. Thank you for the positives along the way.

I really wanted a massage but the person I wanted was not a available until June 21. Other then that I’m really enjoy the Resting location

I had a slight issue with the re-scheduling of my appointment. Originally the staff was kind enough to accommodate my request for 7:45 & sent me reminder information regarding such; nevertheless, later they called to say they had meant to re-schedule me for 7:15. I had a somewhat similar mishap a few appointments ago so though I appreciated their flexibility in re-scheduling my appointment, it was a pity a somewhat similar situation arose yet again. At any rate, the overall experience (s) did give me a fair warning that it is probably best I just avoid ever having to re-schedule appointments instead (but sometimes with my work meetings on week days such is inevitable). For this reason, I think I will just be sticking to booking weekends from this day forward. Once I arrived, the staff onsite was busy but welcoming!

My goal was to get extractions done, I got a facial done and upgraded it the treatment was good but i felt I still head white heads and blackheads. Also when I called to make an appointment they dint explain me the service properly.
