I tried to use your App to book an appointment. The availability of technicians did not refresh correctly and I eventually just called to get the appt booked. There is very limited availability of appts at Reston on the weekends. I tried to book another appointment but I ended up going into June to find something and I finally gave up. Checkout continues to be time consuming. two people at reception area and only one person checking out and scheduling appts. It took about 15 minutes of waiting before I was checked out

The therapist, Laura was very good and very knowledgeable during our session. My lack of satisfaction is NOT regarding her. It’s with high turnover. Because every time I like a therapist, they leave, and I have no way to contact them because of your rules on not handing out information. So there MUST be a problem with management, because people don’t quit jobs, they quit bosses. Pay your employees more appropriately.. and treat them right, so they stop leaving.

I received the introductory pricing for my first massage. At this price, the massage was a great value. While the membership is a great price monthly, I am unlikely to add another monthly service to my docket. Without other spa features, drink service, saunsa, showers, etc. I would have a difficult time coming back at the full price. Given the introductory price, I would be more inclined to visit more often.

The massage was great. However, your payment process is not. I’ve been a couple of times. Each time my wife made the reservation and prepaid for my deep-tissue massage. And everytime I go to check-out when I’m done, there’s ALWAYS confusion about the payment....cash, gift cards, “packages.” They never say “your wife took care of it, you’re all set!” Instead we have to play 20-questions (and text and call) because the receptionist is confused. Massages are great....the payment process is the only reason I wouldn’t actively recommend this to others.

Pressure was a little high and hot stones weren't hot but therapist took that off bill and overall I was satisfied.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The therapists was quite exuberant and ended a bid abruptly, but otherwise was good. I would recommend she slow down just a bit when starting so that the customer can really relax.

My massage therapist was not friendly. She seemed very short with answers, like she did not have the time or care about what I was saying. I think she did a great job with the actual massage, but I did not favor the attitude.
