Great therapist who listen and adjust for personal modifications. Very nice office staff/receptionists.

i enjoyed the treatment very much. However I like Marion's personality much better. I will go book an appointment with her soon.

Wish I had been informed that longer sessions were available when I initially booked. I would have booked it if I had known it was available.

Everyone is so welcoming and kind! The receptionists are helpful and accommodating. Maruca is my absolute favorite person there and she does fantastic work- always. I had to discontinue my membership due to the cost, but I will continue to come to Hand and Stone for future services.

The receipt printed out after the massage was not quite what I wanted. The membership prevented the form I needed. I wish the oil used would be easier to wash off.

I was highly satisfied with 99% of my experience. I wish the milia extractions could be performed

Receptionist was unable to clearly tell me about a problem on my bill. I had to figure it out later. While it was a fair charge, it took away from the stress-relieving experience I had with my massage therapist.

Booked a 30-min hand massage. After 15 min. of massage, I was told by the massager that my 15 min were up. I had to explain that I had booked 30-min massage (not a hand treatment, just massage, as I have arthritis). He then left the room to clarify the situation with the front desk. Not satisfied with lack of communication among staff (person who booked, manager at front desk, and massager). The person who massaged my hands arrived after I did.

The facility is quite nice and I enjoyed the touches such as warm oil and hot towels. The masseuse was not super friendly and started out quite aggressively on the massage. This facility is not the closest one to me but I was able to get an appointment more quickly. The one closet to me did not have any weekend appointments for over 3 weeks. The receptionist was very welcoming. I appreciated the soft sell on the membership.

I would like to say how great the receptionist was on the phone. I also appreciated that there were last minute available times. I had spoken to the Alexandria Hand and Stone before calling Reston. I live 3 miles from the Hand and Stone in Alexandria. I can almost never get an appointment that is not scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance. The receptionist on the phone was very rude and short. Overall, I really appreciated your receptionist and your availability. I will drive the extra distance to visit this location again. Thank you!
