Great atmosphere and services. The woman doing my facial was very friendly and helpful. She answered my questions and provided ideas and suggestions. The products she recommended have also been working great so far.

Maruca is fantastic as always. I'm learning to book several appointments in advance since she's so popular! Website would be easier to navigate if there was a "Login" link on home page vs the few steps it takes through "Book an Appointment" link (have to choose a store then click again to get to login). An online store for products would be great so we can earn points on purchases if physical store does not have any stock. Otherwise, I purchase through other online retailers.

The reception staff is incredible. I'm always very pleased with the level of care and attention I receive while checking in and booking the next appointment. she deserves a raise

They’re extra attentive to my needs as someone with an allergy to a common spa product ingredient (lavender), and have always made me feel safe, cared for, and listened to! The service itself was so relaxing, and my skin was glowing afterwards!

I always receive excellent service from Maruca for my monthly facials. I have been less satisfied with some of the massage therapists I have had. Some have been excellent, some not so good.
