The therapist, Marcus, was incredibly knowledgeable and very conscientious. He listened to my concerns and needs and provided excellent communication and service. I will be requesting him again for future sessions.

When I became a member I lived right down the road and fell in love with Jillian for regular massage. But I got a new job and moved to MD. I'm not far from the Annapolis location and have tried it maybe 5+ times and I just don't get the same calming feeling that I get at the Reston location. Everyone is nice, but it's typically loud in the hallways and not very relaxing. I feel Reston goes above and beyond by welcoming me by name and little touches like candles lining the hall to create a more full spa-like experience. Unfortunately, traveling to/from Reston can take 1-2 hours, depending on DC area traffic!

The front desk is always very friendly. Lauren, my massage therapist, was exceptional. Kind, attentive, skilled. Maruca was also there when I checked out. She often does my facials and I adore her. She helped me pick out a good face moisturizer with sunscreen for an upcoming trip. When checking out, they noted I had an award credit and asked if I'd like to apply it. They also helped me book my next appointments with both Lauren and Maruca.

Maruka has completely changed the texture of my skin, she is incredible and very knowledgeable. I don't think there is enough value in an "exceptional facial" over a regular facial to justify the upgrade cost.

Maruca is by far the best aesthetician that I have ever had, and I’ve been getting facial for 30 years. In the last 3 years, I have been coming monthly because of her and the reason I got the membership. My skin has never looked or felt this good and I trust her implicitly.

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff (the receptionist, the gentleman who gave me my massage, and the woman who gave me my facial). The facilities were clean, and the ambiance was relaxing. I didn't have to wait to get started on my massage / facial. They kept good time without feeling rushed.

I have been a member for years and always enjoyed it.
