I had some free time on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised when I called to see if there was availability for a long over due facial, that I was able to book my appointment for the same day! I was given specific recommendations for my skin and what I should consider as add ones to the basic facial. It made me appreciate the importance of self care!

Both the general manager and massage therapist were great! I left feeling relaxed. The reception did a great job of making me feel welcome. The massage therapist was great at pin pointing problems areas and listened very well. Thank you!

There was a turnover in the front desk personnel and therapists since my last visit. I was happy before, but the new front desk is very friendly, made me truly feel welcomed. My new therapist, Lauren, was very attentive to my problem area, provided instant relief.

Asmaa was very friendly and knowledgeable. She provided a lot of information and answered my questions. James was very helpful targeting my issues in my massage. He was very friendly and even provided some follow up information to help with my hip.

When I walk through the for, the receptionist is very welcoming and attentive. My massage therapist is the best I ever had and concentrates on the areas I point out to be worked on. I’ve never had a bad experience at Hand & Stone.
