Julian was a great therapist. It seem though that her availability is limited.

I was running 5 minutes late.They were friendly and made me feel welcomed.

Honda was very thorough and professional. He made suggestions for things I could do at home to ease muscle tension. He was was effective at getting out my knots.

Always helpful and professional. On time/schedule. Receptionist did not show up prior to appointment but replacement was on hand at the completionion of the appointment. She was knowledgeable/helpful.

Even though the front desk changes often, the massage and facial are long standing and they remember my preferences.

The massage therapist, James, was very responsive to my needs. I would definitely recommend him. The receptionist was helpful and cheerful. I was a little confused I’m finding the location and worried I would be late but everything worked out well.

I am visiting from San Francisco and found this spa to be very well run and the massage therapist was excellent!! It seems they are very busy now, so I just wish it was easier to book a follow-up appointment, but of course we are in a pandemic so it is to be expected. Overall I was very satisfied with the therapist, the receptionist and the space.

The therapist did some stretching which was a big help. He just does this. As a younger senior, this was helpful. The therapist asked the right questions and the mutual cooperation during the massage was good. I will use this therapist another time.

The one who took care of me was highly knowledgeable on how to correct the damage on the dryness of my skin

The estetician is confident and very knowledgeable..takes her time . Asmaa makes the experience relaxing and well worth it everytime.
