My therapist communicated well with me and was inquisitive about my needs. He also explained in detail what was being done.

Therapist was very good.

The technician really seemed to care about improving my skin and working with me to make this happen. We discussed in detail my current skin care routine and what I need now.

Hondo has been my masseuse since Jillian has fallen off the rotation. I guess she is not working here anymore. I was very worried that I would not like my new masseuse because I am picky and have been a faithful patron to Jillian. But Hondo came through and really listened to my issues, my request for pressure, and how I wanted the massage to go. He is attentive and asks questions throughout to make sure the massage is going well. I definitely only come for great service so thank you Hondo and best of luck to Jillian wherever she is!

Asaam was the representative that helped me. She was wonderful! It was my first time as an adult getting the facial here and I always come for a massage. I will be booking my facial again within the month with the same rep!
