I was very satisfied with my massage and my massage therapist. She was very nice and made sure I was comfortable during my massage. I struggled when originally calling to schedule my appointment as there seems to be limited availability for couples massages for working couples. We typically work 9-5 Mon-Fri which is when most of the availability was. We ended up needing to book around a month after the date we had originally wanted. Once we got to our massage it was great and all staff was nice.

Maruca was great with my facial. My only complaint was the appointment didn't begin on time and it was delayed by 20 minutes or more. Somewhat dissatisfied with the wait time.

The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. Zoe is delightful and I always enjoy the experience and the results of the facials. I never feel pressured to do more than I want. All in all, fantastic!

My esthetician is very knowledgeable about the product lines at Hand and Stone. She makes sure to recommend appropriate products as tailored to my skin needs. She always follows up regarding how my face is doing from month to month

Michelle, my massage therapist, is the best masseuse I have ever had after years of massages by all genders. She is knowledgable, friendly and thorough. I only wish there was a longer appointment available, but that’s not her fault and she did a great job pacing to get to all my areas of concern.
