Therapist, Olivia, very reliable in keeping appointments. She is attentive & applies right amount of pressure on my neck and back. Highly recommend her.

From reception to spa rooms, the facility is very clean, it feels safe. The staff are fantastic: knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. It’s the ideal setting to receive some much needed pampering. An oasis of calm.

When walking into the Reston location - the staff greeted me by my first name. Recognition of who I am as I have the monthly membership makes me feel appreciated as they all know me. The entire location is very well maintained and the staff is inviting and friendly. I have seen multiple therapists and all have been kind and listened to what I needed.

The staff is highly accommodating, very knowledgeable with products and services and is always willing to answer any questions to the best of their ability.

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience particularly because I explained to Greg that I've been experiencing a decent amount of pain in specific areas of my neck, shoulders, back and hips; He took the time to first really listen and understand my issues, then he had me do a few stretches to gauge my flexibility and evaluate my pain points and then he got to the massage. Additionally, he took some extra time at the end to show me some stretching and exercises that I can do to help. I felt the knots in my back shifting and twitching as Greg was working his magic... that is why I was highly satisfied (and proceeded to book again with him in 2 weeks - note that this particular appointment was my first with Greg... it won't be my last)!

Maruca tailored my facial to my needs. She explained everything she was going to do in advance. She was not pushy about selling me products, but she did make suggestions.

Anthony is the best. I’m so sad he’s leaving.

Greg is excellent. The rooms are clean. My only request would be to temperature check all people coming in (like they do at every restaurant in the area) vs relying on customers to stick to an honor code.

The professionalism of not only the receptionist upon my arrival but the professionalism and attention to detail Hondo displayed throughout my appointment. Appreciated not only the massage but his willingness to share tips in order to help my problem areas when at home. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Hondo!
