Hand and Stone

I was in intense neck, shoulder, and back pain. Thankfully, someone canceled his/her appointment and I was able to see Olivia, who was a tremendous help to me.

Janice did a wonderful job. She was very professional and was able to help relieve tension in my shoulder area. The front desk receptionist was extremely friendly & inviting. I don’t remember her name though.

I really enjoy talking with Laura and picking her brain about stretches or supplements to help ease my aches and pains. She is a very skilled and knowledgeable therapist. Not to mention she makes me feel like a great mom for taking care of myself!

Greg was very easy to talk to. Kept good conversation and always asked how I was doing, for example, being my first time at professional massage therapist he asked if the pressure was too hard or too soft. At the end he showed me stretches to help my back pain. Had a great experience! Would definitely come back!

I tried making appt on line and was unable to do so. Email said someone would call me or email me regarding an appt. No one ever did. So I had to call to make the appt. This is not the first time I was unable to book appt. on line.

Warmly greeted upon entering by receptionist and offered water. Very short wait to see Janice. Janice, my massage therapist, listens to my specific issues and needs. She follows through and makes sure during the session that I am comfortable. Great, relaxing experience.

Great personnel on-site. My only issue is the continued frustration with your online booking....

I thoroughly enjoy my facials and massages at Hand and Stone. Quality at a reasonable price. This time the desk person told me how I could use one of my gift cards to pay for my various upgrades. Yeah!

JILLIAN GAVE ME AN EXCELLENT MASSAGE THE RIGHT PRESSURE and took care of all my aches in my back.

I was highly satisfied because I was able to get an 80-minute massage. The receptionist remembered my name. The massage was very relaxing.
