I appreciated that my therapist asked if there were any troublesome areas that needed special attention. She also did a great job of reading when I wanted to chat during my massage and when I preferred quiet. The service was fast and the room was very neat and clean as well.

Massage I received was quite terrible, one of the worst ever. Waited over 27 mins for my massage, then felt like all she did was rub my back with oil. When I asked for more pressure she dug her elbows into arms. The room or she smelled bad. Couldn’t tell where the bad smell was from. The she thrusted the blanket off me and asked for my hand in a very rude way. She proceed to massage my arms and used her nails that scratched very badly. Was the worst experience.
