Very professional staff. The location is excellent. i like the hours. I would like to have the flexibility to my membership. I hope to meet with the GM soon to resolve all my questions.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the massage therapist helped work out kinks in my back and shoulders. He was skilled, professional, and effective.

Brittany is wonderful at her job, and is so detailed in her questions about my skin, her care, and her recommendations. I always leave glowing, and feeling like my concerns have been addressed in an educational yet comprehensive way. She is also just a delight to have as an esthetician, and talking to her is one of the best perks of the appointment

The massage therapist does listen to what I say I need and focus on my needs.

The massage is the key thing and when the therapist is happy and relaxed, it's a great experience. I have some favorite people, I sure hope you can retain them.
