OMG, from the time I walked in the door the receptionists welcomed me like I was their best friend in the universe. Keenan is an exceptional massage therapist and worked out extreme tightness in my legs, back and neck. I felt amazing afterwards!!!!!

My Aesthetician Muraoka is phenomenal… !! She always leaves my skin looking fantastic… ( And she’s just a lovely soul… ) I had Beverly ( new addition to Hand and Stone , for the first time as my masseuse, and she paid great attention to the small details .......terrific job !!! Sadly my favorite masseuse left… ( Seems like turnover is high in all your locations… ) And I drive an hour and 35 minutes to get to the Reston location ...... I DO Wish someone would have responded to my many requests for Management to look into numerous ‘calculation’ errors ,that I have yet felt very shorted about. Was over a Year ago , to the tune of 8-10 payments vs. redeemed visits not adding up correctly. It never was solved , and the Severna Park location Asst Mgr was NOT helpful , and sadly argumentative.... One of many reasons I seldom go anymore...... And drive 90 minuted to the DC area ......! Beverly is highly sensitive yet firm in applying touch and presure! She would occasionally check in with me on the place and pressure she applied. She didn’t over ask. Beverly is very professional and warm, very welcoming.

Marium was amazing and everyone at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The skill of the Massage therapist truly helped me with neck and back problems! I appreciated her caring attitude towards me, which will make return soon. I also appreciate the cleanliness and tranquil ambiance of the massage area.

Anthony is great! He focuses on my pain areas and still gives time overall. The front desk is very attentive and friendly. I'm sad that the price went up because my staying relies on my limited finances. I'm sticking with it so far. I'm pretty happy with my membership overall.

My therapist was WONDERFUL. She was efficient, friendly, listyto my needs, worked my trouble spots, also mad me feel like relaxed hello. Such a great massage ! It’s my second time coming here - different therapists but both wonderful. The spa is clean and feels comfy. Table as warm and music was good. Very overall relaxing and great experience
