Everything was very clean, therapist was ready when I got there. She did a great job of balancing the ambiance and asking how the pressure was. I come every month (facials and massages) and am always satisfied.

I had an issue with my appointments being cancelled during a holiday period (Which was from a cancelled membership). The team members did everything to ease my worry and made the appointments again without any problems or annoyance. It happened several times and each time it was fixed to my satisfaction. That alone made me renew my membership.

My daughter has had trouble with black head removal. This is the first place that was able to address and resolve the issue.

I have a 5 month old at home and it was wonderful to relax in a calm environment. My massage therapist was calm and very friendly. She targeted every area but also found other tension I didn't realize was there. She was extremely through and professional. I would recommend her to anyone.
