Miriam did a great job and was very knowledgeable. She was able and willing to fit in an additional service I did not schedule prior to arriving and I really appreciated this.

The venue was able to move our appointment at the last minute to accommodate a family emergency. After the mssssge, the receptionist did a great job accommodating our faulty gift card so that we could use it properly. The masseuses (we had a couples massage) were both phenomenal. We feel great several days later. This was a very good experience for us all around.

It was my mother's birthday & from the beginning it was wonderful! Marcella & Mariam were very caring & excellent!! We plan to visit them again for our facials!

The staff are always friendly at the Reston location and their knowledge of my skin conditions and needs is exceptional.

Krissy is fantastic. She came in on her day off. Hand and Stone is fantastic. I would recommend Hand and Stone as well as Krissy, but then she wouldn't have time for me :-)
